Hand tools in the set (sockets, ratchet handles, extensions, spanners, hex keys and drive accessories) carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty: if any JONNESWAY® tool ever fails, Jonnesway will replace it. Items with electrical or electronic components, such as the digital multimeter, are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. For ratchet screwdriver and bit sets, the ratchet handle carries the Limited Lifetime Warranty, while the bits are consumables and carry no warranty. Deficient items will be repaired or replaced.
Not coveredProducts that have been improperly used, abused, altered or repaired. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded. This warranty is given in place of all other warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranty void ifThe item has been improperly used, abused, altered or repaired.

Do not return the product to the store. Call Jonnesway on (603) 5632-1768 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) and Jonnesway will ship a replacement for the faulty item.
