| Coverage | Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase, for household use. Applies to K-series pressure washers and the Indoor range (vacuum, steam, floor, carpet and upholstery cleaners, electric brooms and air purifiers). Pressure washers: motor replaced up to 1 time and pump up to 2 times. Indoor range: motor replaced up to 1 time. Batteries: 1 replacement within the first year only. |

Contact Techno Tools with your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Kärcher decides whether to repair or replace at an authorised Kärcher service centre; delivery to and from the service centre is at the customer's cost. A repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

Free delivery for total orders above RM500, otherwise additional charges costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.

Requests made after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Techno Tools & Equipment reserves the right to reject any return request found to be ineligible.
