The Pneumatic Air-Over-Hydraulic Foot Pump is a compact, high-pressure power unit engineered to operate single-acting hydraulic rams, body shop frame repair equipment, hydraulic presses, pipe benders, and pullers. Driven by standard shop compressed air, this foot-actuated pump converts 0.7–1.0 MPa air pressure into an impressive 70 MPa (10,000 PSI) of hydraulic output force.

Featuring a heavy-duty 1.6-liter usable oil reservoir and an ergonomic two-stage treadle pedal, it enables hands-free operation—allowing technicians to pump, hold, or release pressure simply by stepping on the pedal. Built with a durable alloy reservoir casing and an internal pressure relief valve to protect system components from over-pressurization, it comes complete with a high-pressure hydraulic hose and quick-connect coupler for immediate installation.
