FSH-14 14-Ton Hydraulic Flange Spreader Head
The FSH-14 is an industrial-grade hydraulic flange spreader head designed for safe, efficient, and damage-free separation of pipe flanges during gasket replacement, valve maintenance, and pipeline servicing. Engineered to generate up to 14 tons (125kN) of spreading force, it operates as a split-type head powered by an external 70MPa hydraulic hand pump (such as CP-180 or CP-700).
Featuring an ultra-thin 6mm wedge tip, the FSH-14 easily inserts into tight flange access gaps. Its stepped wedge design delivers a smooth, friction-free parallel expansion up to a maximum spreading distance of 80mm, preventing flange face damage and spreading arm binding. Complete with a comfortable top carrying handle and a compact storage case, it is an essential tool for oil, gas, chemical, and industrial piping applications.
Please note: this is a generic OEM flange spreader head built to the common FSH-14 pattern and compatible with standard 700 bar hydraulic pumps and couplers. It is not an Enerpac-branded product.
