The Sanwa TL-23A Multimeter Test Lead is a genuine Sanwa replacement test lead set rated to IEC 61010 CAT III 600V / CAT II 1000V at 10A. It is the standard lead supplied with several Sanwa digital multimeters and clamp meters, so it is a direct fit for most of the Sanwa range.
