The SATA13913 is a 1/2" drive socket adapter with a 1/2" female drive on one end and a 3/8" male drive on the other. It lets you connect 3/8" drive sockets and accessories to a 1/2" drive ratchet, breaker bar or handle, so you can use one tool with both drive sizes.
