The SATA VDE 1000V Insulated 1/2" Drive Torque Wrench Series (Models 96613, 96615, and 96616) is a premium line of high-voltage safety tools engineered specifically for hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) maintenance, solar power plant installations, high-voltage battery assembly, and industrial electrical work.

Each wrench is fully certified to VDE IEC/EN 60900 standard and rated for safe working operation up to 1000V AC. Built with heavy-duty chrome-vanadium steel wrapped in durable insulation layers, these click-type adjustable torque wrenches ensure precise torque control while preventing accidental short circuits and electrical shock. Available in three torque range options (96613: 10–50 Nm, 96615: 20–100 Nm, and 96616: 40–200 Nm), the series covers low-to-high torque applications across electrical terminals and mechanical fasteners.
