Product Overview

The SATA12985 and SATA12986 are 1/2" (12.5mm) square-drive VDE insulated extension bars for electrical and high-voltage maintenance work. Both are certified by VDE and tested to 10,000V, and both meet the IEC/EN 60900 standard for insulated hand tools. The bodies are Cr-V steel that has been heat treated for strength and durability, with a chrome-plated surface to help protect against rust. Choose the 125mm bar for moderate reach or the 250mm bar to get to deeper, recessed fasteners.
