• Covered: Factory defects in workmanship or materials.

• Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse (dropping/overloading), lack of maintenance (dirty oil/dry running), or unauthorized tampering.

• Resolution: Items verified as defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
