Shipping & Delivery Policy


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

📦 International shipping is available on request; however, rates may be significantly higher and vary by destination.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.

  • Free delivery for orders above RM500

  • Orders below RM500 will incur a delivery fee:

    • Peninsular Malaysia: From RM15

    • Sabah & Sarawak: From RM25

⚠️ Shipping rates may vary for oversized items or during promotional periods. Final shipping costs will be reflected at checkout.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a order confirmation via email.

⏳ Please expect potential delays during festive periods (e.g. Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali), adverse weather, or courier disruptions.


Shipping Partners

We work with reputable delivery providers such as GDEX Express, J&T Express, Ninja Van, Flash Express, Skynet, City-Link, and DHL eCommerce to ensure timely and reliable delivery. (Customers are encouraged to specify their preferred shipping method in the 'Order special instructions' field on the checkout page.)


⚡ Same-Day Delivery

We offer Same-Day Delivery via Lalamove/Grab for customers who require urgent delivery of their orders.

🚨 This service is only available within the same city/region, such as:

  • Klang Valley

  • Kuala Lumpur

  • Selangor

To use this service:

  • Please contact our team before placing your order to confirm stock availability and delivery eligibility.

  • Same-Day Delivery charges will be quoted separately based on distance, weight, and delivery timing.

  • Orders must be confirmed before 4:00 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch.

⚠️ This service is subject to courier availability and traffic conditions. We recommend it for time-sensitive tools, equipment, or business-critical needs.


Customs & Duties (East Malaysia)

Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak may be subject to customs clearance in accordance with Malaysian regulations. Any applicable duties or taxes will be collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days from the expected delivery date.

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of damaged packaging or item

  • Tracking reference (if available)

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and, if the issue is validated, arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If the issue occurred due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will bear all return shipping costs and no restocking fees will apply.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

  • If an item is returned to us, additional delivery charges will apply to resend the package.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We highly recommend our customer to use LALAMOVE for delivery in situations where requires their ordered item urgently.

However, this service is only available for SAME CITY. For example, Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area.
