However, please be aware that the warranty does not cover any damage or defects that occur after the product has been used.
If your purchase is outside the 7-day period but is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you may contact us by providing your purchase invoice, product serial number, or customer details. Please note that all transportation fees for sending the defective product for inspection or repair will be fully responsible by the customer.
