🛠 Returning a Faulty Item

2. Troubleshooting Checklist
Before initiating a return, please:

Visit the manufacturer’s website for known issues.

Ensure the product is used correctly and not tampered with.
⚠️ Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the item yourself, as this may void your warranty.
3. If Issue Persists: File a Return
If the issue cannot be resolved, we'll guide you through the return process. Please document:

4. What Happens Next

You'll receive a Service Order Reference Number.

Your item may be inspected in-house or returned to the manufacturer for repairs.

We will notify you once it’s ready for delivery or self-collection.
Repair Timeframe: 2–3 weeks (subject to availability of parts).
For urgent needs, we may offer temporary product support on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty Coverage:

If within warranty: Repair or replacement (free of charge, at our discretion).

If out of warranty: We will inform you of any charges before proceeding.
📌 Warranty terms vary by brand and model. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Special orders (Imported item)

Oversized/overweight items

Discontinued, clearance, or used products (e.g., oils, greases, tapes, chemical sprays)

Safety and protective clothing

Items with broken seals, opened packaging, or registered online warranties
💸 Refunds
Techno Tools & Equipment only issues refunds when:

The product is proven to be faulty, and

The manufacturer cannot offer a timely repair or replacement
❌ Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse purchases. Once a product is purchased, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective.
🚚 Wrong Item Received (Seller Error)
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error:

Please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

We will arrange for a free exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Techno Tools & Equipment will bear all return shipping costs and no restocking fees will apply in this case.

Requests made after 14 days may be accept with a restocking fee of 10%
📸 To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a photo of the item received and the packaging label.
🔁 Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 14 calendar days of purchase.

2. Conditions for Exchange

Item must be unopened, unused, unregistered, and in original packaging

You must contact us in advance with a valid reason, photo, and video proof of the item condition
3. Delivery Costs & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for delivery costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.

📦 A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-faulty item exchanges or returns.

This fee helps cover quality checks, repackaging, and administrative processing.
