Usage: When operating, make the needle clamp a little out, insert the pointer sleeve by hand, then stick the needle seat to the dial, hold it with the left hand, and turn the screw to the left hand with the right hand. The pointer moves up and gradually pulls the needle sleeve off the shaft. Thereby the pointer removal is carried out lightly.
