The DWG‑2 Hydraulic Pipe Bender is a portable, heavy‑duty hydraulic forming tool designed for industrial and workshop use. It operates through a hydraulic cylinder system that applies up to 13 tons of bending force, enabling precise shaping of steel and alloy pipes. The machine’s frame is built from reinforced carbon steel, mounted on caster wheels for mobility, and paired with a GYB‑630E electric pump (optional) for powered operation.

Procedure:

1 Switch operation: Begin by turning the switch firmly in a clockwise direction to secure the system, then loosen the bolt to prepare for setup.

2 Lubrication: Apply lubrication evenly to both the mould and the pipe to reduce friction and ensure a smooth bending process.

3 Mould selection: Choose the mould that corresponds to the pipe size, place it securely on top of the actuating rod, and insert the rocker into the lower moulding board.

4 Pipe positioning: Position the pipe correctly, rotate the two rockers so that the grooves align with the mould, and then return the upper moulding board into place.

5 Bending operation: Pump the handle of the hydraulic unit to press the mould against the pipe, continuing until the pipe is bent to the desired angle.

6 Release and removal: After bending, loosen the switch in an anti‑clockwise direction so the actuating rod retracts automatically, then open the upper moulding board and remove the finished pipe.
