| Coverage | JONNESWAYĀ® warrants this product to the original purchaser for its useful life against deficiencies in material and workmanship. If any JONNESWAYĀ® tool ever fails, Jonnesway will replace it. Covered tools include tool trolleys, mechanic tools, torque wrenches, ratchet handles, combination wrenches, sockets, pliers, cutters, hand riveters, screwdrivers, hex keys, hammers, chisels, air tools and drive accessories. Deficient products will be repaired or replaced. |
| Not covered | Products that have been improperly used, abused, altered or repaired. Products with electrical or electronic components are covered for no more than one year. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded. This limited lifetime warranty is given in place of all other warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. |

Do not return the product to the store. Call Jonnesway on (603) 5632-1768 (Monday ā Friday, 9am ā 5pm) and Jonnesway will ship a replacement.
Order by 4PM to get delivered next working day! We use 24 hours service with carriers in most cases so that you can get your order delivered on time.
Free delivery for total orders above RM500, otherwise additional charges costs are calculated at checkout based on your orderās weight and delivery location.

Please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product to request a free exchange or full refund, if eligible. We will cover all return shipping costs, and no restocking fees will apply in this case.
Requests made after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Techno Tools & Equipment reserves the right to reject any return request found to be ineligible.
