The multi-point adjustable heel (support plane) is securely bolted to the head, 
while the lever mechanism rotates on the beam, 
thus compressing the spring in just one turn by hand, quick removal and installation of spring shut-off valves is easily done manually 
through large diameter holes on both sides compressor tube. 
The kit is approved for use at service stations.
