- The tester is used as a digital brake fluid tester suitable for determining the brake fluid quality.
- Quality is tested and indicated on five LEDs in terms of “percent of water in the brake fluid”.
- LED display:
- Green: no water = Good.
- Yellow: less than 1% of water = Warm.
- Yellow/Yellow: approximately 2% of water = Warm.
- Yellow/Yellow/Red: approximately 3% of water = The oil needs to be changed.
- Yellow/Yellow/Red/Red: At least 4% of water = The oil needs to be changed immediately.
