Not coveredNormal wear and tear parts such as carbon brushes, brush holders and caps, switches, gears, grinding and cutting wheels, bits and saw blades; damage from improper accessories or non-genuine replacement parts; damage from negligence, accident, disaster, improper storage or maintenance, abuse, misuse or overloading the tool beyond its capacity; damage from abnormal voltage, use with a generator, or use not in accordance with the operating manual.
Warranty void ifThe tool has been disassembled, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way that affects its performance; the serial number on the tool, or the seal on the battery or charger, has been defaced or removed; the receipt or invoice showing the date of purchase cannot be shown.

Bring the product with your sales or tax invoice (showing the tool serial number) to Techno Tools or a Makita Authorised Service Centre. The service centre decides whether to repair or replace it free of charge.
