The SATA12909 is a 3/8" square-drive flex handle built for breaking loose fasteners that a ratchet can't handle — seized bolts, rusted nuts, or anything over-torqued past what a ratchet's internal gearing can safely transmit. The pivoting head locks at an angle to the shaft, so you can position the handle around obstructions, in tight bays, or at whatever angle gives you the best leverage, then apply steady force without a ratchet mechanism to skip or strip. At 8" (213mm) overall, it's sized to give real mechanical advantage while still fitting where a longer breaker bar wouldn't.
