The SATA12911 is a 3/8" square-drive ratchet built for reaching fasteners a straight-handled ratchet can't get a clean swing at. The head pivots to angle the socket relative to the handle, and the handle itself is offset (cranked), so together they clear obstructions like fenders, brackets, and tight engine-bay geometry that would otherwise force an awkward grip or block the swing entirely. A one-hand push-button quick-release makes socket changes fast, and the reversing lever switches between tightening and loosening without repositioning your hand. This SATA ratchet is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading beyond rated torque, drops or impact damage, normal wear of the ratchet gearing or pivot joint, or cosmetic wear.
