The SATA12982 is a 3/8" (10mm) square-drive VDE insulated reversible ratchet built for electrical and high-voltage maintenance work. It is certified by VDE and tested to 10,000V, and it meets the IEC/EN 60900 standard for insulated hand tools. You can turn it and change direction with one hand, and the quick-release lets you eject a socket with the same hand. The body is Cr-V steel that has been heat treated for strength and durability. At 200mm, it balances reach and control in tight electrical enclosures and workshop settings.
