USU-QB-240 Cordless Rechargeable Hydraulic Crimping Tool
The USU-QB-240 is a lightweight, high-efficiency 18V cordless rechargeable hydraulic crimping tool designed for electrical cable termination, lug crimping, and power distribution maintenance. Delivering up to 90 kN of output force with a 17 mm ram stroke, this tool handles copper and aluminum terminal crimping across a broad range from 10 mm² up to 240 mm².
Engineered for comfortable one-handed operation, it weighs only 3.6 kg (tool body with battery), reducing operator fatigue during elevated or prolonged crimping tasks. The unit features an automatic pressure release system with auto-reverse mode, a electronic control panel with indicator lights, and comes complete with two 18V 5.0Ah lithium-ion batteries, a fast charger, and 11 sets of standard crimping dies organized in a heavy-duty blow-molded carrying case.
