Return & Refund Policy
How to make a return.
Should you wish to make a return for any reason we are happy to help. Please action your request within 14 days of the delivery receipt.
What do I need to do:
- Ensure the items are unused with their original packaging.
- Email us at sales@techno.com.my putting RETURNS REQUEST into the subject header or calling us on 603-42702333.
- We will want to know why the product needs to be returned for example ordered in error, wrong part delivered together with your order number, name, and delivery address. It will be helpful to know if you would like a refund or replacement.
- If the product arrived damaged, take photos & videos of the packaging and the product will be useful.
Once we have all the above information
One of our service team will review and provide you via email with a returns number and instructions on next steps (or contact you for further information should a return not be authorised).
Credit will be issued as soon as the returned goods are processed.
Exchange Order
i) If the size is incorrect due to an error by our team, customer may return the item to us. We will then send customer the correct size at no additional shipping cost.
ii) If the size is unsuitable for the customer and the item has not yet been used, customer is allowed to return the item and place a new order. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Other Helpful Information
Where there is a manufacturer query, we will work with you on a satisfactory response from the original manufacturer as appropriate.
