All SATA products, unless stated otherwise, are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues related to materials and workmanship. This warranty applies when tools are used correctly for their intended purpose, and excludes damage from normal wear and tear.
For warranty claims within 14 days of purchase, please contact us or others authorized reseller or distributor from whom the item was originally purchased.
Defective tools may be repaired or replaced at SATA’s discretion, free of charge. Products must be retained by the customer or returned for inspection if requested by SATA or its authorized service team.
