All SATA products, unless otherwise stated, are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to intended use and fair wear and tear.

Product-specific warranty terms apply where otherwise stated. For sets, coverage applies to each component according to its product category.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
For warranty claims, contact the seller from whom you purchased the product within the applicable warranty period. For purchases from Techno Tools & Equipment, contact us for assistance.
Eligible defective tools may be repaired or replaced free of charge at SATA’s discretion. Keep the product and return it for inspection if requested by SATA or its authorized service team.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to intended use and fair wear and tear. Damage caused by improper use, modification, abuse or unauthorized repairs is excluded. Normal wear and tear, rust from use, surface plating wear, scratches and packaging or cosmetic damage unrelated to tool functionality are excluded. Broken plastic handles are assessed according to the cause of damage and applicable product-specific terms.
