3 Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, misuse, overloading, or damage caused by improper handling.
Claims require proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Contact Techno Tools via WhatsApp or sales@techno.com.my with your invoice number and photos or a video of the defect. Return the unit complete with all accessories. Defective units or parts will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
