Hinged pipe vices (sometimes known as yoke pipe vices) hold pipes between a pair of v-shaped jaws: a fixed lower jaw and a moving upper jaw. The jaws, usually made out of hardened tool steel, firmly clamp a length of pipe in position so that it can be worked on.

Ideal for repetitive clamping of pipe-work, the hinged top section allows rapid access to the job. The steel tommy bar and main-screw exert and maintain a powerful gripping force and the SG ductile iron frame is guaranteed unbreakable. Can be fitted to a bench or a Stand.
