The large transformer jaws, with a diameter of 68mm, enable clamping on all three or four wires (3 phases) simultaneously for leakage current measurement.
- True RMS measurement ensures accuracy even with distorted waveforms.
- Capable of measuring from mA up to AC 1000A.
A frequency filter switch is included to mitigate the effects of harmonics.

The AC current detected by the transformer jaws is converted to both AC and DC voltage. An optional output cord, model 7073, can be used for waveform monitoring with an oscilloscope or for connection to a recorder.
