Free repair or parts replacement for defects caused by materials or process; Conditions for free repairs or parts replacement: within 90 days starting from the day of purchase; the product has been used less than 5000 times; products with error exceeding ±3% tested by torque tester certified by the third party; Products damaged or with error exceeding ±3% due to misuse, abuse, accidents and failure to follow precautions are not covered by free repair and calibration.

Products handled by repair shops not authorized by SATA are not covered by free repair and calibration.
